description

This tender is for the replacement of a defective boundary wall with close boarded fence at Magnolia Avenue/Verbena Way, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset. This project will involve liaison with Network Rail to comply to their Health & Safety policy. We are awaiting confirmation as to whether Network Rail will require a banksman for Health & Safety purposes to be on site and this will be confirmed as soon as possible, although this may not be before the tender submission deadline closes. Due to awaiting final details from Network Rail we are unable at this time to provide detailed Health & Safety requirements specific to Network Rail. We anticipate this project to commence late February/early March and to be complete within 2 months.

The tender submission deadline is midday on Friday 13th January 2017.

It is highly recommended that all interested bidders arrange for a site visit prior to submitting their tender due to the complexity of the project and site. To arrange a visit please do so via the messaging facility on the In-Tend portal with two possible dates. We will confirm back with the agreed date and time and any other requirements/arrangements.
