Medway Council would like to engage an experienced contractor at Horsted Valley in Chatham to supply and install the following hard landscaping elements (see Clause E3):
| • | Granular footpath construction, including sub-grade, terram, sub-base, edging, '3mm to dust' of approved limestone surface. |
| • | Timber steps including hand rail. |
| • | Inclusive motorbike restrictor. |
| • | Metal bollards. |
| • | Maintenance vehicle access gate (relocate or new installation). |
| • | Resurface section of track and path to existing specification - Note: these are optional items. |
