City of London School for Girls - Condition Survey

The City of London Corporation (City Corporation) is the governing body of the Square Mile dedicated to a vibrant and thriving City, supporting a diverse and sustainable London within a globally-successful UK. The City Surveyors Department is responsible for the management of the City Corporation's operational and investment properties, and for commissioning refurbishment and improvement works to the City Corporation's buildings and assets.

The City Corporation administers the City of London Girls School (CLGS) and aims to understand the current condition of the school. Over the next 10 years a forward maintenance plan based on the condition of the school will be used to carry out any necessary works to maintain a safe, operational and in and overall good condition. The is a Grade II listed building and forms part of the wider Barbican complex.
