| • | provide the right people, with the right skills, at the right time and within our budget; |
| • | evidence an excellent level of experience of working in relevant industries and sectors, including a diverse range of energy intensive sectors; |
| • | react to our increasing and decreasing resource needs; |
| • | work effectively with us through excellent communication, planning and act upon feedback; |
| • | be innovative, efficient and effective and support us in identifying opportunities to implement Artificial Intelligence; |
| • | demonstrate that their culture aligns with our own. |
| 1.3 | Suppliers are required to have a detailed working knowledge of the main regimes identified as essential in the lot they are bidding for. |
| • | For Lot 1A, a working knowledge of the Emissions Trading System is essential. A working knowledge of the Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation would be desirable. |
| • | For Lot 1B - A working knowledge of the Climate Change Agreements is essential. |
