South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider of the above Services
The contract will be for a term of 3 years.
Services summary
The services will include the following but is not limited to:-
| • | 12 annual planned maintenance visits per annum |
| • | The identification of all faults within the BeMS system and recommendations for rectification complete with a full report within 2 weeks of the visit |
| • | Remote technical support, monitoring and upgrading (Mon to Fri) |
| • | Infrequent attendance to reactive repairs to the system |
| • | Upgrade of operating system to IQ VISION |
Labour costs to be included in planned maintenance costs but parts to be chargeable at cost prices
Locations
A current list of SYPTE facilities includes...

| • | Head office, Broad Street West Sheffield |
