description
Tenant and Leaseholder Survey 2018 - We want to conduct a survey of our tenants and leaseholders' opinion, to capture their views on the current service and set a benchmark of our customer's perception and experience of services, focus on areas which are important to our residents and help us to identify any areas that are in need of action. We are also keen to hear from residents about services we provide which they feel could be discontinued and new services that we should consider providing in the future. We wish to obtain an independently procured representation of resident opinion and we will take advise from the supplier on how to best achieve this in the context of our local environment. In general, methods that we will consider are a full poll of tenants and leaseholders; a stratified sample survey; or a more limited telephone based survey. We may consider other supplementary methods, if they meet our specification and the Council's commitment to transparency for its residents.
Additional information:
We expect that, regardless of the selected methodology, suppliers will be able to manage the end-to-end process with the minimum of intervention from the Council. This is critical as it is important to us that our residents see the survey as independent and free from council influence over the results. Time is a factor in the completion of the survey and we would like to conduct it between July - August 2018, so that we have complete and final results by no later than September 2018.
