Newspaper & Publication Subscription Services

The BBC is looking to award contract(s) for the provision of Newspapers & Publications Subscription Services with suitable provider(s) for supply and delivery to major BBC locations.

The requirements are:

Lot 1 - Hardcopy Daily Newspapers, and Online Subscription Services (estimated contract value over five years - £5m)

Lot 2 - Early Edition Newspapers (estimated contract value over five years - £1.5m)

The intent is to award two contracts. Lot 1 - the core contract, and Lot 2 - the optional contract. The BBC reserves the right to remove Lot 2 from the scope. In the eventuality that the same Tenderer is successful for both Lots the BBC reserves the right to award both under the same contract. The contract(s) will have a term of three years from 1st November 2018 to 31st October 2021, the contract may be extended, numerous times and in any increment but shall not exceed 24 months (a maximum term of 5 years).

(This is a secure area reserved for your projects only. 2.5 - You can now access any attachments by clicking 'Buyer Attachments' in the 'PQQ/ ITT Details' box. 3. Responding to the tender: 3.1 - Click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining). 3.2 - You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification. 3.3 - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available). 3.4 - You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button at the top of the page.
