The Contracting Authority, has legal responsibilities to ensuring that their drivers
(who fall within the scope of the requirement: hereinafter 'In-scope Drivers') to achieve the
driver CPC accreditation by end of March 2024, therefore the Authority are looking to have in place a three year contract which includes the equivalent to five years training.
