I am working for Mitie who a large facilities management company. We have a client, Magnox (who are working the decommissioning of various nuclear power plants around the UK).
Magnox have requested Mitie to set up a framework of suppliers who have the skills and services available to work on these sites (vetting / background approval completed first). Magnox have suggested we can reach out to suppliers through the Contracts Finder / Gov.Uk site. Ideally, we would like to complete the following:
| 1. | Publish on the Contracts Finder our event. |
| 2. | Details will be given on the propose of the contract. |
| 3. | The event would be published for roughly a two-week period for suppliers to indicate an interest and give their contact details to us. |
| 4. | Those supplier details will be taken and added to our own e-procurement platform (Coupa) and will run our own RFI / RFQ event. |
| 5. | Qualification of suitability would then be completed following the end of that event. |
