Elmbridge Borough Council wishes to invite suitably qualified contractors to submit a tender for the refurbishment of the Hersham Village Hall, Queens Road, Walton on Thames, KT12 5LT.
The works will comprise, but not be limited to:
- oAsbestos removal;
- oDemolition and strip out of identified fabric and M&E elements;
- oRepair and making good works, internal and external;
- oInstallation of new flooring;
- oGeneral fit-out - fabric and M&E;
- oFit out of WCs;
- oDecoration
