description
The Authority seeks a Contractor to provide a comprehensive service for the supply and delivery, of continence products to patient's homes, residential homes and in-patients at a number of facilities, including community hospitals and Authority premises.
The key objectives are:
| • | To provide a range of products as detailed in the specification for adults and children |
| • | To provide a delivery service to meet patients' needs, wherever they reside |
| • | To provide an online ordering process / system for products, literature and samples |
| • | To provide a dedicated computerised system, providing detailed patient data and comprehensive management reports |
| • | To provide a dedicated customer care operators |
| • | To provide an data inputting service |
| • | To provide a facility outside normal office hours, which allows patients/healthcare professionals to contact the Contractor |
| • | To provide a system to track the time each call takes to be answered. |
| • | To provide a Freephone telephone number for clients and a separate number for healthcare professionals |
| • | To work to agreed Authority criteria regarding access to the service and specific product provision |
| • | Provide reminders of reassessments |
| • | To provide stationery as agreed with the Authority |
| • | Provision of free product samples to patient |
| • | Provision of free product sample kit for Authority staff |
