WCC - Smart Start (0-5 Strategy) Programme, Phase 1

Smart Start is a 3 year programme (2015 – 2018) designed to give children in Warwickshire the best start in life. Warwickshire County Council is working with partners from health, early years’ education, social care and the third sector to look at how best to improve outcomes for children aged 0-5 years and how best to support their parents or carers. Warwickshire County Council (WCC) would like to offer the opportunity to bid for funding to support the above programme.

This opportunity to bid for funds is the first of up to 3 opportunities between December 2015 and March 2018. There are no restrictions on the organisations that might bid for phase 1 funding but the expectation of the Council is that phase 1 will support a limited number of more ‘significant’ projects at a minimum value of £50,000 per project.
