Tender Overview
Pig buildings
Works are to include;
ï· Site establishment (temporary hoardings for the works associated with the pig buildings only) ï· Undertake design works associated with each pig building
ï· Undertake the design of the base works for each pig building
ï· Produces a drainage design in accordance with the design of each pig building and in conjunction with the overall drainage strategy
ï· Manufacture of the pig buildings
ï· Construction of pig buildings
ï· Installation of M&E associated with pig buildings
ï· Provide material samples to satisfy the local planning authority
ï· Liaise in design development with the design team/ main contractor and other specialist subcontractors
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
