The demolition of an existing building and the construction of foundations to support the installation of a new modular building works at Southbourne Allotments, Ruislip. The project will also require the successful contractor to act as Principal Contractor during the erection of a modular building.
Additional information: Tender are invited, and must be submitted through, the Council's e-tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com. Tenders received will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Price and 20% Quality.
