description
ABC are seeking a suitably experienced and competent Contractor to carry out replacement of aged, defective or shared mains water supplies to its housing stock. The process involves, but is not limited to:
| - | Liaison and coordination of the works with the Statutory Service Provider. |
| - | Excavation for and renewal water service pipework externally. |
| - | Replacement of water service pipework internally, sufficient to reinstate supply. |
| - | New internal and external valves and controls. |
| - | All reinstatement work internally and externally to disturbed or excavated areas. |
| - | Providing a Health and Safety File in accordance with the CDM 2015 Regulations with marked up plans detailing the installations undertaken. |
