The implementation of a hosted service that will enable Leeds Trinity University to create, host, deliver, quality assure and monitor Continuing Professional Development.
Contract Duration:
| 1. | The contract will be effective immediately upon award. |
| 2. | The solution will be operationally 'business as usual' before 31st March 2023 |
| 3. | The contract duration will be based upon the anniversary of point 2 (above) and shall be in effect for four years. |
| 4. | The university reserves the right to extend the contract for any period up to a maximum of two additional years. |
Basis of Price:
| 1. | The tendered Contract Price is to be a fixed contract sum inclusive of all costs, delivered to the address(es) specified in the tender documents. |
| 2. | The prices must be quoted in Pounds Sterling and should exclude VAT where applicable. |
| 3. | Discounts for prompt payment should be stated |
