CHC Fast Track Bed Framework and immediate Block purchase bed requirement

West Hampshire CCG Continuing Healthcare Team (and on behalf of North Hampshire CCG, South Eastern Hampshire CCG, Fareham & Gosport CCG and North East Hampshire & Farnham CCG), (the CHC Team) is seeking to commission Fast Track Nursing Home capacity across Hampshire (excluding Isle of Wight, Southampton and Portsmouth), in order to improve the timeliness of provision of care for Fast Track eligible Service Users.

The procurement is to implement a framework and to award the immediate provision of block purchased Fast Track beds.

Contract duration: 3 years plus optional 2 x's 2 year extension periods.

Providers will need to register on the In-Tend portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/soepscommissioning) to access the documents and submit a response in order to bid for this important work.

If you are already registered on the portal, login as usual and go to step 6 below, otherwise:

1. Click the "Register" link on the left-hand side of the page.
2. Enter your correct business and user details.
3. Note the email address chosen and Click "Register My Company" when complete.
4. You will receive an email with your unique password (keep this secure)
5. Login to the portal with the username/password; you will be prompted to change your password on first login.
6. Hover your mouse over the "Tenders" button on the main toolbar and choose 'Current'
7. Scroll through the opportunities and select 'F13446 CHC Fast Track Bed'.
8. Scroll down and click on the 'View Details' button, before scrolling down to click the 'Express Interest' button. Hover your mouse over the "Tenders" again and choose 'My Tenders', to view the specification and access the response documents to submit your bid by the specified closing date.
