The Department of Estates is seeking to appoint a vendor to upgrade the current Facilities Management Software to a new off-the-shelf system capable of providing all the current functionality (detailed below) that is available along with providing the ‘best practice’ solutions to Facilities Management that are currently available in the marketplace.
