The 6 core principles which our platform must deliver:
a.Focused on the individual with an improved employee experience;
b.Resources not courses;
c.Primarily in the workplace following the 70:20:10 principles of learning;
d.Single point of entry to support learning when it's wanted;
e.Cooperative and built to support communities in the workplace;
f.Improved analytics to target learning where it's needed;
g.Learning accessible through multiple devices i.e. phone, tablet, desktop etc.
The Learning Platform must be able to interface with CSL/earning Platform for Government, O365 etc. and our HR systems. The minimum requirements for any learning platform are:
- AICC compliant;
- SCORM compliant;
•Internal API's that can record learning data and speak to other systems;
•It is or has the potential to be xAPI compliant;
•It does not just act as a learning management system but also is or has the potential to be a learning record store; •Is accessible to learners
The estimated total value of 2,000,000 GBP is not confirmed. Suppliers will need to demonstrate they will be able to meet the requirements set out in this PIN. A Supplier Day will be held at which HMRC will share its thinking after which suppliers will have the opportunity to hold one-to-one sessions where they can provide indications of their proposed products and solutions.
