To undertake land referencing in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Acquisition of Land Act 1981, Compulsory Purchase Act 1965, current Guidance on the Compulsory Purchase Process and the Crichel Down Rules.

The mandatory services will be for a period of 3 months from commencement date of the Contract as detailed in the Specification

The Potential Services (if required) as detailed in the Specification will be for a period of 15 months from Council's formal written instructions (if required)
