The Service Provider is required to carry out removals within the geographic area they are contracted to provide services:
- i.from anywhere, including but not limited to, open spaces, difficult locations, houses, other accommodation, sites on or adjacent to the public highway, railway or water;
- ii.where the body is classified as bariatric;
- iii.where the body is incomplete;
- iv.where the body is in a state of decomposition;
- v.where the body is contaminated; and
- vi.in the case of the death of a child.
