Nottinghamshire County Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the ad hoc provision of accommodation and on-going landlord and housing management functions for people with care and/or support needs.
It will enable commissioners to procure a sufficient supply of suitable accommodation with housing management services in four categories:
| 1) | Supported Living (standard) |
| 2) | Supported Living Plus |
| 3) | Extra Care (Housing with Care) ? please note that larger and/or more complex extra care projects may be procured separately to this DPS |
| 4) | Accommodation for short term occupation (for example hostel or crisis accommodation) |
Suppliers may be invited to tender for contracts with the following Commissioners:

| ? | Lincolnshire County Council |
| ? | Rutland County Council |
Providers must have experience of providing accommodation and housing management services relevant to this DPS
