East Riding of Yorkshire Council is looking to procure a managed tachograph solution enabling the capture, storage, analysis and movement of tachograph data to ensure compliance with EU driver's hours regulations, GB domestic hours regulations and the Working Time regulations (1988) (amended) as well as helping the Council meet Earned Recognition standards.
