description
Following an increase in the number of dogs, in particular Pit Bull Type, being used in an irresponsible or criminal manner, the seizure and kennelling requirements of dangerous and prohibited dogs has escalated. The Authority requires these dogs to be kennelled at a small number of selected private kennelling facilities within a strategic and operationally practical geographical area of the West Midlands Police Force boundaries – Western, Central and Eastern.
