description

Defra's Application Feasibility Review (October - Jan 23)

The assessment defined from Phase A will be delivered and include:

  • A thorough assessment of both Trader and IMIS applications
  • A thorough re view of each application at a component / system level which will highlight:
  • Risks to service (Such as EOL systems / components)
  • Integration risks / requirements of changes to either application, and their impact on other systems
  • Recommendations and options to mitigate identified risks
  • Any risks or issues that have no clear remediation path
  • Costs for delivering each recommendation (Phase C)

Outcome of the Feasibility Review is owned by Defra and we shall use it to run a competition for the next phase. (Hence, Defra to own the IPR of the Feasibility report).
