description
To create an employee value proposition (EVP), with the aim of boosting recruitment and improving retention at the Trust. The EVP will help tell the story about what it means to be part of the Sussex Partnership.
Requirements:
End to end support through the creation of an EVP, to include:
- Undertaking desk research to analyse existing documents such as staff surveys, exit interviews, insights from an earlier recruitment project and competitor analysis.
- Gathering insight from key stakeholders, where gaps following the desk research have been identified, to inform understanding of the EVP. Key stakeholders include employees, managers and our Executive team.
- Producing an EVP that can be embedded in the whole employee life cycle - to include a messaging framework and visual identity which aligns with our corporate brand and new website and positions us as an inclusive employer.
- Producing digital templates to enable in-house teams to use when advertising roles on social media.
- Establishing benchmarks that can be used to measure the impact of the EVP in helping the Trust to meet its objectives, reduction in agency spend, new starter data, retention data, employee engagement information, and insights gathered from new starters.
- Providing ongoing ad-hoc support to Talent Attraction team or Communications team on campaign materials for 6 months following end of project. This project needs to be delivered to a tight deadline - to be integrated into the development of our new careers section on the website by in February 2023.
