Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to quote for this project.

The scope of which will comprise of providing Ice Cream and associated frozen products on the promenade adjacent to the D-Day Museum on Clarence Esplanade.

The initial contract period will be for 3 years starting on 1st November 2016 subject to performance and agreement of all parties.
