description

The scope of the contract is to cover automatic door equipment and related safety devices only. This will include emergency call out, all component parts required to maintain the equipment, plus all travel and labour costs during normal working hours. All calls are to be attended within 24 hours of initial call out request. Working hours are considered between 08.00 to 17.00 hrs. Locks, unless an integral part of the door assembly, are not included.

Additional information: Bournemouth University will be using an electronic tendering website called In-tend which is the University’s standard procurement tool for sending and receiving tenders. It is free of charge to register and once you are registered you can express interest in any of the advertised projects. We would therefore ask you to register as soon as possible.

Once your expression of interest has been accepted onto the project, all further correspondence for that project will be done through this system.
