NEL Commissioning Support Unit (NEL CSU) are requesting market feedback, on behalf of NHS Havering Clinical Commissioning Group to inform the potential procurement for a Post Diagnosis Dementia Advisory Service In order to assist the CCGs with testing their assumptions and proposed service requirements, your responses to the questionnaire below will explore the following areas: • The draft service specification and draft key performance indicators • Timescales to handover existing services (if required) and mobilise new services • Expected financial approach (key cost drivers, how the requirement might be changed to drive better value and factors that influence performance measures and costs) The responses to the questionnaire may assist the commissioners in shaping the requirement to meet the demand.
