Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide External Redecorations at the following sites:
- Maidstone Museum & Art Gallery, St Faith's St, Maidstone. ME14 1LH
- The Archbishop's Stables (Carriage Museum) Mill Street, Maidstone. ME15 6YE
- The Archbishop's Palace, Mill Street, Maidstone. ME15 6YE
- Vinter's Park Crematorium, Bearsted Rd, Maidstone. ME14 5LG
The appointed company will operate on a JCT 2016 Minor Works Building contract.
N.B. sites 1-3 are listed status buildings.
