Experience working with local authorities in the UK to deliver to deliver similar collective purchasing schemes is essential and this experience must be in the solar PV and storage arena. References from other local authorities will also be essential. We would ideally wish to target a 1,000 installations which we would anticipate would be between £4-4.5m. If this were to be achieved the provider to recover percentage of their turnover as the fee for the project delivery.
