External and internal repair and refurbishment to the listed building to include the following:
- (i)Removal of inappropriate C20 extension and making good
- (ii)Replacement of flat roofs and incidental slating repairs
- (iii)Repairs to external pointing and render
- (iv)Repair and redecoration of timber sash windows and doors
- (v)Internal refurbishment to include localised re-plastering
- (vi)Replacement of sanitary and kitchen fittings
- (vii)Upgrade and repairs to outbuildings
The work is to be funded by Cornwall Council Section 106 funding.
