- We wish to conduct an impact evaluation of the Heritage Grants projects funded under HLF’s 2nd Strategic Plan (SP2), which ran from 2002 to March 2007. Under SP2 HLF awarded over £1.04bn to 1111 Heritage Grants, ranging in size from £50,000 to over £5m. Of these 1111 projects, 1086 are now complete
