Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (\"The Council\") invites interested parties ('Tenderers') to participate in a tender exercise for Flying Starts Nursery.

The duration of the contract will be for 4 years ('contract period')

Tenderers should note that there is a requirement to enter into a lease agreement and an operational agreement. Note the operational agreement and lease agreement will operate from the date of the concession contract and it would be expected to co-terminate on the termination of the concession contract'
