Sonning Common Parish Council (Oxfordshire) is seeking an electrical contractor to supply and install lighting at its new sport and recreation field - Memorial Park, Reade's Lane, Sonning Common RG4 9LL.
A detailed specification has been drawn up for the lighting plan by professional lighting consultants. The plan was approved by South Oxfordshire District Council in November 2021 (application reference P20/S4912/FUL).
The job is in 3 parts:
- To supply and install lighting for the multi-use games area (MUGA), including 8x8m lighting columns, lights and shields.
- To supply and install lighting for the trackway around the park, including 35x4m lighting columns, lights, shields and dawn to dusk controls.
- To install a distribution board at meter point and run cabling to the MUGA feeder pillar for the lighting supply.
