Hull 2017 are carrying out this tender process in order to appoint a framework of volunteer sustenance pack suppliers to produce and deliver sustenance packs to support the volunteers associated with Hull 2017’s cultural programme.
The sustenance requirements will vary with season and time of day as described in Part 2 – Appendix 3 - Scenarios and corresponding events will happen at various points throughout the term.
Hull 2017 are seeking to appoint suppliers with a wide range of experience and expertise including (but not limited to); volunteer sustenance packs, multi-season catering schemes, hot and cold food provision and assured on-time food delivery services.
