Wichelstowe Pocket Square and Footpath

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of works to construct a pocket square and footpath.

Project Description

The works will include the delivery of drainage, paving, planting islands, lighting and street furniture in the square along with the completion of the raised table across the highway and substation. In order to provide a link between the Peglars Way and the District Centre car park a small square and footway / cycleway is proposed. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.

It is anticipated that the contract will commencing in May 2020 with the option to as per the contract terms and conditions.
