This contract is to deliver to ensure full compliance with the Approved Code of Practice and Guidance (ACOP L8), The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems. The main scope of works under this contract will include: Consultancy services to include consultancy, training, Risk Assessments, and Maintenance services to include cleaning, disinfection, Thermostatic Mixer Valve (TMV) installation and servicing, Base Exchange softener service, microbiological testing, water tank checking and replacement services and other.

Additional information: Applicants will be considered for short listing by assessment of the information provided in response to this PQQ.

The completed PQQ MUST be submitted via the ProContract electronic tendering system www.housingprocurement.com no later than noon 21st December 2015
