CAF403-23 Strengths based training model

Cafcass is seeking a provider that can deliver a strengths-based assessment approach and tool with accompanying reports which explain the results of the assessment. The assessment tool and reports should cover, but not be limited to:

Individuals

Teams

Leaders (Director, Assistant Director and Head of Practice-levels)

Cafcass is also seeking on a call-off basis:

Training sessions for internal staff for them to deliver training/coaching to individuals to allow them to fully interpret and understand the assessment tool and accompanying report

Training sessions for internal staff for them to deliver training/coaching to teams to allow them to understand and utilise the specific traits of individuals within their teams

Training sessions for internal staff for them to deliver training/coaching to leaders to allow them to understand their leadership traits and what this means for them and the people they lead

Ability to procure, within the contract, refresher training for internally trained staff when required

The flexibility to 'trade' individual report credits for team report credits and leadership report credits

Contract is for an initial period of 3 years with 2 additional optional extensions of 12 months being a total of 5 years if all extensions are taken.
