| South Essex Homes working in partnership with Southend on Sea Borough Council are undertaking a | rolling programme of lift refurbishment to their housing stock. This consists of lifts in high-rise blocks, | medium rise blocks, hostels and sheltered housing schemes. |
| The number of lifts to be renewed is not guaranteed in any one financial year and will be dependent | on the available budget. | |
| The consultant will be required to undertake lift surveys, produce specifications and design, assist in | tendering, site manage and provide contract management of lift upgrades and improvements to | various lifts in tower blocks and/or sheltered housing properties. |
