The contractor is required to provide costs for the replacement of 10nr kitchens and bathrooms to properties owned by the London Borough of Lambeth. All works will be as detailed within the attached schedule of works, and costs submission will carry a weighting of 50%.
There is also a need to complete a Questionnaire, which will be used to score the Tenders, and this will carry a weighting of 50%.
