Building Repair and Maintenance Measured Term Contract

Expressions of interest are invited for inclusion on a list of tenderers for the above contract.

The work involves reactive repairs, routine maintenance and some minor improvement work to Breckland Councils offices and commercial buildings.

Contract details:

• oContract commencement date is 1st May 2017.
• oContract Period is 3 years with an option to extend by 2 years
• oThe Contract will be the JCT Measured Term Contract 2011
• oIt will use the National Schedule of Rates plus a bespoke schedule
• oApproximate contract value is ?50,000 per annum
• oThere will be a requirement to have a 24/7 emergency repair service

You must be able to demonstrate that you have in place an effective Health and Safety Policy, are financially stable and have the necessary skills and resources to fulfil the contract.

Expressions of interest must be received by no later than 15th February 2017. For those suppliers who express an interest, the ITT and Contract Documents will be released after this date.
