Over the coming months, Southwark Council will be developing a future service delivery model for Flexicare services (previously known as Extra Care), and are keen to re-engage with leading and reputable providers in the design of this model.
We would like to hear from any organisations who are currently providing these services to further understand:
- Interest in working in Southwark
- Views on operating models, including models of care
- Pricing
- Preferred contractual arrangements, and
- Potential challenges, issues and/or risks
