PRIMARY CPD AND TRAINING DELIVERY

PROFESSIONAL LEARNING PROGRAMME ENFIELD LA 2021-22

School & Early Years Improvement Service (part of Enfield Council) require the delivery of a Primary CPD and training package during the academic year 2021 - 2022. This delivery will form part of our Professional Learning programme being offered to 96 Enfield Schools.

Requirements: -

1. Provision of a Subject Leader Development programme for all primary subject leaders, excluding Maths and PE. Three sessions for each subject using a blended learning approach.

2. Provision of a leading program for Primary Teachers aimed at developing 'Subject First' expertise and knowledge and ensuring quality first teaching in each subject. All subjects covered with the exception of Maths and PE using a blended learning approach.

3. The provision of a 'Managing Challenging Conversations' programme differentiated for targeted groups (SLT, Teachers & TAs/SS)

For each of the above we will require: -

• Responsive administrative and organisational support

• The ability to co-design the programme

• Responsive in terms of design as the programme develops

• Regular meetings with a senior member of the organisation

• Quality assurance of the programme and facilitators

• A blended learning approach

• Pre-recorded sessions to be hosted on a responsive platform

• Gap tasks provided between sessions

• Online discussions and support

• Large capacity for online sessions

• Value for money per programme.
