Gentoo seeks to appoint up to five consultants to provide Architect Services for various development sites 2019-2021
This tender comprises five Lots. Each Lot relates to the Delivery of the following new build schemes:
- (a)Lot 1 - Prestbury Road, Willows Close & Ford Oval
- (b)Lot 2 - Blaydon Avenue & Keighley Avenue
- (c)Lot 3 - Cricklewood Road, Cragdale Gardens & Eastbourne Square
- (d)Lot 4 - Carley Hill School Site
- (e)Lot 5 - Fulwell Quarry, Silksworth (Office)
