General Matters -Cost Consultant Appointment:
| - | Act as the Cost Consultant for the project during RIBA Stage 1-7 |
| - | Develop the Cost Plan during the RIBA Stages 1-7 for a refurbishment to the whole building. |
| - | It is anticipated that the Works will be procured on a Single Stage Design & Build, on RIBA Stage 4 Design Information. |
| - | Advise on any exclusions or fees for any additional deliverables. |
| - | Please provide a resource schedule as part of your return. |
| - | Provision of Resource Schedules and CVs with proposal. |
| - | Provision of Hourly Rates |
| - | Your fee proposal will be evaluated with a 40% Commercial weighting and 60% Technical weighting. |
| - | City of London reserves the right to appoint on a RIBA stage by stage basis. |
