The requirements of the service under this Contract are:
| • | The provision of a Composting Facility to receive and compost Green Waste. |
| • | Dependant on the location of the Composting Facility a suitable supporting Delivery Point/s should be considered from which the Contractor will transfer the delivered material to the appropriate processing Facility. |
| • | The transfer of the composted materials to suitable merchants or end users. |
| • | The provision of a complete record of all materials delivered, the interim merchants/outlets and the ultimate destination of each material. |
