description
The project consists of the renewal of Appliance Bay floor coverings with a new anti-slip flooring system at five sites.
The proposed works include but are not limited to the following items of work:-
| 1. | Remove and dispose of existing floor finishes |
| 2. | Remove and dispose of existing upstands or heater plinths |
| 3. | Make good disturbance to building fabric to a good standard |
| 4. | Make good to floor levels, including any levelling required |
| 5. | Install a new anti-slip coating to appliance bay floor as specified. |
| 6. | Where identified install drainage |
The works are internal and located on the ground floors, in the appliance bays.
