description
The contracting, purchasing and finance (CP&F) programme will implement a fully integrated, end to end system and associated business process which spans the commercial, purchasing and financial accounting functions for the department. However, current DBS infrastructure is insufficient to sustain development post October 2015, therefore the project is required to procure new hardware to ensure the continuation of development.
