Structural Repair Work at 10 and 11 Lloyds Green, Wittersham, Ashford, Kent

Scope:

Ashford Borough Council seeks contractors to undertake the demolition and clearance of concrete raft foundations, preparation of site and reconstruction of 2No adjoining outhouses, with new raft foundation floors, masonry walls and timber flat roof. Both Outhouses will have electrical and water services run-in, UPVC windows and timber doors. One outhouse will have services for (and be fitted out) with sanitary ware for an external WC and WHB.
